The Paramaount Square is definitely one of the most recognizable timepieces made by JeanRichard so far. The square shaped case houses the JR1010 in-house manufactured self-winding mechanical movement. The case of 36,30x36,30 mm in diameter and 12,05 mm in height is made of brushed steel and features curved, anti reflective sapphire crystal which is water resistant to 30 meters (100 feet). Sapphire glass case back is secured with four screws and reveals the watch´s movement. Satin-finished sunburst effect brown dial features large white Arabic numerals and white hour, minute and second hands which are coated with luminescent coating for enhanced visibility at low light. Date display is positioned at 7.30 o’clock. Highly elegant timepiece has a power reserve of 48 hours and has a linear power reserve indicator positioned at 1.30 o’clock. The Paramount Square comes with quality alligator integrated strap and steel buckle but steel bracelet is available as well. The model is also available in satin-finished sunburst effect silver dial with golden numerals and hands and sun-ray brushed black dial with white numerals and hands. Both variations have the same features and characteristics and come with alligator integrated strap with steel folding buckle or steel bracelet.
The Paramount Square does not have any special features besides time and date display but the watch is a very popular in men who require the Swiss precision and reliability. The design is quite simple but very effective and elegant and kind of universal.
