Chronoswiss, a German luxury watchmaker is successfully competing with the famous Swiss luxury watch manufacturers although being relatively new on the market. The company dedicated to development of innovative timepieces has revolutionized time-reading and became one of the most sought after brands among connoisseurs and professionals. Like other luxury watch manufacturers, Chronoswiss uses only the finest materials, the best technology and pays attention to the slightest detail which makes a "Chronoswiss" a piece of art. All the parts are exclusively manufactured in Switzerland (and hand-finished in Germany). Chronoswiss timepieces are therefore ennobled with the quality title "Swiss Made". Every Chronoswiss timepiece is unique and special in its own way but they all reveal the distinctive character of a Chronoswiss watch: massive case (including gold and platinum), special turnip-shaped crown and knurled bezel. The distinctive Chronoswiss features also mark the Grand Lunar Chronograph, the "grand" version of the classic Lunar Chronograph which features several original details which make it truly grand in compare to his predecessor and give the amazing men's watch a fresh and more contemporary look. The Chronoswiss Grand Lunar Chronograph is powered by automatic winding Chronoswiss Caliber C.755 (Basic Caliber ETA 7750) displaying hours, minutes, small seconds, rotating moonphase indicator at 3 o'clock, chrono-center second, 30-minutes counter at 12 o'clock, 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock and analog date. The case with diameter 41 millimeters is available in stainless steel and 18 carat gold. The push-buttons and distinctive tulip crown come in the same material as the massive 23-part case. The dial made of guilloche-decorated 925 Sterling Silver has Arabic numerals on the outer edge and a minute circle with 1/4 second subdivisions. The model with stainless steel case has blued hands, while the 18 carat gold case comes with gold plated and blued hands. One of the most distinctive features of the amazing men's watch aside its size is the bezel with polished upper surface which is a major departure from the "traditionally" knurled bezels that are among the most recognizable features of Chronoswiss timepieces. The sapphire crystal on the caseback enables admiration of the watch's movement including its skeletonized gilt rotor. The Grand Lunar Chronograph has power reserve of 46 hours and is water resistant to 30 meters (100 feet). It comes with Louisiana crocodile leather strap but metal bracelet is available as well.
