Concord C1 Tourbillion Gravity

The innovative and futuristic Concord have always made it's luxury watches with a glare of art and dare, and each new release amazes and conquers fans, due to it's supreme technical detail and it's notorious design attributes.

Having that in mind, it was no surprise when mid this month, the high reputation "Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Geneve" awarded Concord C1 Tourbillion Gravity with the "Best Design on the Year 2008″.

Despite it's intricate mechanism, which reduces the effect of gravity on the watches' precision, thanks to it's tourbillion regulator, it's design is gentle yet masculine, dynamic, classy and full of details that enhance it's original-no barriers soul.

Available in two versions, one in 18 carats white gold, and another in 18 carats rose gold, both come with a resistant vulcanized black rubber strap, with a matching gold folding clasp. It's face is a delight, plainly mechanical, it makes us focus on what really matters in any men's watch: it's mechanical art and endurance. Pure and original, the time (hours and minutes) are revealed at the upper side, in a round display, while the seconds are seen at the minor tourbillion cage at the lateral bottom, in spite of the setting crown, on the upper position. It's fly back chronograph, the only round display with Arabic numbers is simple and practical, matching the time display, while it's power reserve indicator and it's trust index match each other. Looking sideways, the tourbillion motion is easy to glare, thanks to the window at the seconds display.

It's case, resistant and stylish as one desires in a true luxury watch, is water resistant up to 3 atm and through it's anti-scratch sapphire crystal one can take a look at some parts of it's mechanism.

Completely suiting Concord's motto "Audace, savoir-faire, avant-garde", the C1 Tourbillion Gravity could only be the winner.
