Skeleton watch, what is it?

Lots of time the word skeleton is used to describe a watch but some people don´t know what´s it, here´s a brief explanation. A skeleton is a technique in which all the watch mechanical parts are visible and striped-down to they own basic functions. The moving parts are usually visible on front/back sides or even on both of them. Skeleton watches are quite expensive due to most of the fabrication process being handmade and  taking hundreds of hours. Wrist watches like Louis Dubath Skeleton, the Perrelet Skeleton Chronograph, the Tirion Triretrograde Seconds Skeleton 1919 or the Valojoux 770 are some examples of skeleton jewelry watches.
